Leadership Change at Ecopol Group: Fabrice Favero Departs, Tarik Gorgun Appointed US General Manager

Ecopol Group announce the departure of Fabrice Favero, who has decided to embark on a new chapter, after almost 3 years as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, and finally as General Manager and President of our subsidiary in the US.

During his time, Fabrice has been instrumental in shaping the strong foundation we stand on today.

⁠The transition process is underway; and Tarik Gorgun has been appointed as US General Manager reporting to our CEO Mauro Carbone effective January 6th, 2025.

Tarik brings over 19 years of global leadership experience in Continental, including roles in research and development, commercial functions, and general management across Europe and Asia. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Continental in the UK.

We thank Fabrice for these three successful years together, wishing him all the best for his next chapter, and are excited to welcome Tarik to our company.
